has worked extensively as a choreographer and director/choreographer worldwide. His choreography for the World Premieres of Dodsworth (starring Hal Linden) and Grossinger. s (starring Gavin Macleod) won critical praise regionally. Recently his choreography for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor® Dreamcoat (starring David Osmond) was seen in major U.S. cities. Mr. Stafford has choreographed shows ranging in styles from The Who. s Tommy, Phantom (Yeston/Kopit), and Evita, to classics such as Oklahoma!, Camelot, and My Fair Lady. Other productions include the Chicago company of Song of Singapore, On the Town (Pittsburgh CLO), Grand Hotel, and The Goodbye Girl (starring Donna McKechnie) at the Walnut Street Theatre, Oliver! (starring Davy Jones), Sweeney Todd (director/choreographer), and She Loves Me (director/choreographer). Internationally, Mr. Stafford choreographed the German tour of The Phantom of the Opera (original German production), Evita (Australia), and Cats (Mexico, Argentina . re-staging of original). On Broadway, he is the Dance Supervisor of Cats.
