Dover Little Theater

The Theatre seats 108 people, allowing audiences one of the most intimate theatre experiences in Morris County. DLT produces four mainstage productions per season, utilizing the talents of local actors, actresses, producers, directors and many other volunteers.

DLT was established in 1933 through the efforts of a dedicated group of theatre enthusiasts who sought to establish a "home" for theatrical arts and artists. The first season (1933/34) included three plays, one of which was "Lady Windermere's Fan" (pictured above). Since then, over 275 successive plays have been produced!

DLT continues to provide a "home" for those who are interested in theatre - whether it is on-stage as an actor or singer, behind the scenes helping with set or lighting design or simply as an audience member.
